After careers as Student Affairs Professionals in the Higher Education system, we sat down at a local Starbucks and listed our interests, skills, and abilities.  Based on all that we had to offer - and our intrinsic desire to make a difference in the world - we realize we have a passion to encourage self-confidence and leadership development in "the next generation." We opened our 400 square foot residential studio to others.  Ventura, our daughter, named our business, "Elevate Your Awesome" because that is what we do.  Together with our students, we elevate the awesomeness in each other.  Now, onward to our credentials....

Jason Cimenski-Almogela

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts with a Minor in Anthropology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  He went on to earn a Master of Science in Education from Western Illinois University and a Master of Fine Arts from California State University, Fullerton.  Jason has served as a university Administrator at several universities and as a Graduate Instructor at CSU, Fullerton.  As a young adult, Jason earned the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.  As an adult, Jason earned his 1st Dan Kukkiwon Certification from World Taekwondo Federation and continues as a martial arts student in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Krav Maga.  Jason enjoys trail running, camping, and anything outdoors and is currently working on his teaching credential in elementary and middle school education.











Lovellie "Happy" Cimenski-Almogela

Happy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Science in Education from Western Illinois University.  She worked at universities in Wisconsin, Rhode Island and California.  As a university Administrator, Happy was a Director of a 14 million dollar department budget and coordinated the university judicial process, working closely with University Police and legal counsel, and investigated discrimination, Harassment, and retaliation complaints.  In 2014, Happy was recognized by Congressman Mike Morrell as a Woman of Distinction in San Bernardino County.  Happy earned her 1st Dan Kukkiwon Certification from World Taekwondo Federation.  Happy enjoys crocheting, creating stained glass, anything crafty, and being outdoors.
